It's some rude, demented rite of passage that I would never wish on anyone. Y'know, like puberty.
But ... it will come. It always does. As sure as that first pimple and the hint you'll be needing deodorant yesterday.
You're running out of savings. The new business just isn't coming in. You're entertaining the idea that this dream of yours might not make it. Dammit.
Everyone is depending on you. The pressure is unbearable.
And you just don't know what else to do.
Because you're probably about to make some pretty rash decisions.
Skeptical? OK. Try to think of ONE good decision you've made in your whole life while you were panicked.
In panic, the only options presenting themselves to your brain are desperate ones. You're in fight-or-flight mode, now.
Signs You're Panicking:
By the time you begin to come out of the panic, you're probably in for one helluva Regret hangover.
